Organic Long Leaf Assam Tea (contains caffeine)

The balanced spices of the Warming blend chase away the chill and give you warmth! This blend helps calm and focus the mind. In Ayurveda, this blend is suggested to balance the Vata dosha. The Warming Blend features Turmeric and other premium spices.

Pouch 1 Ayurvedic & Organic Warming Blend Karha: Ginger, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Javitri, Saffron, Amla, Tulsi Pouch 2: Organic Assam Tea

Heat or boil water to 200 degrees F.
Add HOT water to 1 tsp of Karha and 1tsp of Assam Tea; alter this ratio to taste
Steep for 5-6 mins.
All spices will settle at the base when steeped
Add Milk and Sweetener to taste if desired
If you get some spices in your mouth, it's all good! The spices provide a boost of flavor.

Options: use a Tea ball or a French press
Don't throw away the spices! Use them to brew a second cup, and compost them when you're done.

Keep cool, dark, and dry until use. We recommend storage in an airtight container.
