Shipping policy

From the time your order is confirmed, it can take up to 3 business days for it to be processed, packed, and entered into the mail. We will notify you when your Hanuman Chai is on its way. During this period of shipping delays, we appreciate your patience with the mail service!

We understand that sometimes mistakes occur in online forms. Please email us immediately if you notice an error. Until your order is packed, we will do our best to accommodate corrections; however, we may not always be able to change the submitted information. Once the order is packed, we cannot make changes. 

What if I put in the wrong shipping address? As above, please email us immediately. We will do our best to correct your address if your order is not yet processed, but we cannot guarantee a change, discount, or refund. Please double-check your information!

What if I got the wrong product? If you ordered a product you didn't intend to purchase, please email us immediately. We will do our best to correct your product if your order is not yet processed, but we cannot guarantee a change. Price differences may apply. If your order has already started being processed, we cannot make any changes. Feel free to share with your friends and family! 

What if Hanuman Chai sent me the wrong product? When we make a mistake, we believe that the right thing to do is to own up to it. Email us with your order information and a picture of what you received, and we'll send you the correct product at no charge. Share the unintentional gift with your friends and family! 

Why is my Free Shipping code not working? At the moment, all Free Shipping discounts apply only to domestic US shipping. If you believe there is an error, please email us!
