About the Blend

The balanced spices of the Invigorating blend awaken your senses and invigorate your day! This blend revitalizes the mind for the new season and builds the body’s natural immune defenses. In Ayurveda, this blend is suggested to balance the Kapha dosha. The Invigorating Blend features Tulsi and other premium spices.

Ingredients

Ayurvedic & Organic Invigorating Blend Karha: Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Tulsi, Amla, Saffron

Brewing Instructions

Heat or boil milk or water to 200 degrees F.
Add HOT milk/water to 1 tsp of Karha; alter this ratio to taste
Steep for 5-6 mins.
All spices will settle at the base when steeped
Add Milk and Sweetener to taste if desired
If you get some spices in your mouth, it's all good! The spices provide a boost of flavor.

Options: use a Tea ball or a French press
Don't throw away the spices! Use them to brew a second cup, and compost them when you're done.

Storage

Keep cool, dark, and dry until use. We recommend storage in an airtight container.

I use your Hanuman products to make my own chai, using a loose leaf Assam tea and a small amount of sugar. The results is a wonderful cup of tea with a great spice taste that is not overly sweet. Thanks for making and offering your product!

Great Wintertime drink

I drink this with milk morning and afternoon - and find pleasure in it every time. Wonderful spicy flavor and no caffein3. Good for well days and sickness as it is such a comfort.

So comforting

I really enjoyed the tea with hot milk before bed, very calming & soothing in these cold nights. I wish it were less expensive so that I could drink it every night, but I have to limit due to the price.
