Calming Karha: Organic cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, turmeric, tulsi, amla. Energizing Karha: Organic saffron, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, tulsi, amla. Invigorating Karha: Organic Tulsi, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, turmeric, saffron. Warming Karha: Organic turmeric, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, tulsi, amla.

Heat 8 oz of water to 200°F. Tear or cut open one single-serve pouch and pour the contents into hot water. Let steep for 5-6 minutes. Add milk and sweetener to taste if desired.
