Cooling Chai: Organic cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, turmeric, tulsi, amla, Assam tea. Invigorating Chai: Organic Tulsi, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, turmeric, saffron, Assam tea. Heat 8 oz of water to 200°F. Tear or cut open one single-serve pouch and pour the contents into hot water. Let steep for 5-6 minutes. Add milk and sweetener to taste if desired.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep pouches sealed until ready to use.
