The balanced spices of the Energizing blend are meant to help fortify your body's immune system and circulation, providing both energy and calm when you need it most. In Ayurveda, this blend is suggested to balance the Pitta-Vata dosha. The Energizing Blend features Saffron and other premium spices.

Product brewing instructions

Heat or boil milk or water to 200 degrees F. Add HOT milk/water to 1 tsp of Karha; alter this ratio to taste Steep for 5-6 mins. All spices will settle at the base when steeped Add Milk and Sweetener to taste if desired If you get some spices in your mouth, it's all good! The spices provide a boost of flavor. Options: use a Tea ball or a French press Don't throw away the spices! Use them to brew a second cup, and compost them when you're done.

Wonderful spice blend

I use your Hanuman products to make my own chai, using a loose leaf Assam tea and a small amount of sugar. The results is a wonderful cup of tea with a great spice taste that is not overly sweet. Thanks for making and offering your product!
