About the Blend

Designed to balance Pitta dosha, this blend cools the body while supporting digestion. Featuring cardamom, amla, and other premium spices, it’s perfect for warm climates or calming the body internally.

Ingredients

Pouch 1: Organic cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, turmeric, black pepper, tulsi, amla, saffron. Pouches 2 and 3: Organic Assam tea

Brewing Instructions

Heat water to 200°F. Add 1 tsp each of Karha and Assam Tea. Steep for 5-6 minutes. Add milk or sweetener if desired. Reuse spices for a second brew.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep in an airtight container for maximum freshness.
